MUST-READ COMMISSION INFORMATIONBy purchasing a commission from me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.Copyright & Usage* I retain the copyright to all artwork I create unless copyright ownership is explicitly transferred through a separate written agreement.
* Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork itself to the client.
* I may display completed commissions in my portfolio, commission examples, website, and social media unless privacy has been agreed upon beforehand.
* I may reuse or resell generic poses, bases, compositions, brushes, design elements, or other non-client-specific materials created during my work.
* The client may post and share their commissioned artwork for personal use with appropriate credit.
* My signature or watermark may not be removed, obscured, or altered without permission.
* Commissioned artwork may not be sold, reproduced for profit, used on merchandise, used in advertising, used as branding, or otherwise used commercially unless commercial rights have been purchased separately.
* My artwork may not be used for AI training, machine-learning datasets, generative AI tools, NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, or similar purposes without my express written permission.
* Commercial licensing, character design work, graphic design, and other professional usage are quoted separately.Client Rights & Privacy* The client retains ownership of their original characters, intellectual property, and other material they owned before commissioning me.
* Commissioning artwork of your character does not give me ownership of that character.
* If a commission is intended to be private, please tell me before work begins. Private commissions will not be publicly posted if we have agreed to confidentiality.
* I will not intentionally disclose private identifying information supplied by a client.
* References supplied privately for the purpose of completing a commission will not be publicly reposted by me without permission.Payment, Cancellation & Refunds* Payment terms and any required deposit will be agreed upon before work begins.
* I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.
* If I cancel a commission and am unable or unwilling to complete the work, the client will be refunded for any portion of the commission that has not been completed.
* If the client cancels before work begins, any refundable payment will be returned.
* If the client cancels after work has begun, the refund will be based on the amount of work already completed.
* Finished or substantially completed commissions are non-refundable.
* Completed work already paid for will not become refundable simply because the client later changes their mind about the concept, character, pose, kink, or other previously approved content.
* Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes after artwork has been delivered may result in the client being permanently refused future commissions.References & Character Information* Clear visual references are strongly preferred. Please provide any information necessary to accurately depict the character, including important anatomy, markings, colors, clothing, accessories, proportions, or other relevant details.
* Written descriptions are accepted when appropriate. However, when working from description alone, I cannot guarantee that my interpretation will perfectly match the image you have in your head.
* The client is responsible for informing me of important details before the relevant stage of the artwork is approved.
* The client confirms that they have the right or permission to provide any reference material they send to me.
* Providing reference artwork does not mean I will copy another artist’s work or style exactly.18+ / NSFW / Kink CommissionsYou must be 18 years of age or older to commission any NSFW, sexually explicit, fetish, or kink-related artwork from me.By ordering 18+ artwork, you are confirming that you are legally an adult.* All characters depicted in sexual or fetish content must be adults.
* I reserve the right to refuse any subject, character, scenario, fetish, or kink for any reason.
* Acceptance of one NSFW subject does not mean I am comfortable drawing every variation of that subject.
* Discuss the concept with me before payment if you are uncertain whether I will accept it.
* I may establish or change personal content boundaries. If a change affects a commission I have already accepted and prevents me from completing it, the unfinished portion will be refunded appropriately.
* The commissioner is responsible for accurately communicating the requested content and any important boundaries before work begins.
* References involving real people must be provided with their consent when the finished work depicts them in sexual or fetishized circumstances.
* I will not create sexualized depictions of a real person without that person’s consent.Workflow & RevisionsIf I expect a significant delay, I will contact you.I will provide progress drafts at designated stages for approval. Work may be paused while waiting for client approval.The sketch stage is the time for major changes.Major changes include things such as:* Changing the pose or composition
* Significantly changing body type or anatomy
* Replacing or substantially redesigning clothing or accessories
* Changing characters
* Changing the primary action or concept
* Substantially changing an approved NSFW/kink scenarioOnce the sketch has been approved, major revisions may require an additional fee or may be declined.Minor corrections caused by something I overlooked from the original agreed-upon references will be corrected without an additional charge.Changes requested because the client changed their mind after approving a stage are considered revisions and may incur an additional fee.Approval of a stage means I may continue working based on that approval.Communication* Please communicate important requirements before work begins whenever possible.
* If you notice an error in a progress draft, tell me when that draft is sent rather than waiting until the final piece.
* Harassment, threats, repeated boundary-pushing, attempts to obtain unpaid work, or inappropriate behavior toward me may result in cancellation of the commission and refusal of future work.
* NSFW subject matter does not waive normal artist/client boundaries. Commission discussions should remain relevant to the artwork being created.Final Artwork* The final artwork will be delivered in the format and resolution agreed upon for the commission.
* Unless otherwise agreed, commissions are for digital artwork only and do not include physical products or original working files.
* Editable/source files are not included unless specifically purchased or agreed upon.
* Small differences between sketches, progress images, and the finished rendering are a normal part of the artistic process.AgreementSubmitting payment for a commission constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.For NSFW commissions, submitting payment also confirms that the client is at least 18 years old and that all characters depicted in sexual content are adults.If you have questions about whether a concept, usage, or request is covered by these terms, please ask before commissioning me.
